Ingredients 2 cups gluten free flour 3 tbsp yoghurt 1 cup warm water 1 tbsp yeast 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp xantham gum 1 tbsp olive oil Servings: Instructions Mix gluten free flour with salt , sugar, baking powder and xanthan gum. In a separate bowl mix yoghurt water and yeast. Add the yogurt mix to the flour and stir with a spoon till combined. Then add olive oil on top of dough mixture and spread with the back of spoon. Bake the dough on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes on 400 degrees.
