Ingredients
- 8 oz organic butter
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 organic eggs
- 1/2 cup gluten free quick-cook oats
- 1/4 cup organic flax seeds
- 1 cup organic light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup organic sugar
- 1/2 cup organic soy-free bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions
- Place cubed butter in mixing bowl and mix till soft.
- Add sugar, eggs,vanilla, baking soda and salt and continue mixing.
- Add flour, oats and flax seeds. combine till mixed. Mix in chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 12 minutes at 375 degrees
